Personal commitment and passion
Jacqui and I worked together at Manchester Metropolitan University where she led the development of the University’s catering service. During this time she ensured training and legal compliance across the operation of a £4m business serving a population of over 30,000 staff and students.
Jacqui made what was a compliance requirement for staff allergen training and labelling into a personal crusade. Her mission led to the university achieving several awards and the personal recognition and respect with suppliers and professionals in both the Higher Education Catering and wider catering sectors.
Jacqui has excellent people skills and a great ability to translate compliance matters to the front-line teams through engaging and fun implementation plans that stick.
